My account was inactive for over 6 months because I had a daughter and during that time I couldn’t review my deck, and for that reason I lost my decks. I would like to know if the administrators can check if there are any remaining server backups to restore them.My Anki account is under the same email address I used to create this topic.
Unfortunately, server-side backups are not kept very long. It looks like you reactivated your account in September, but you never re-uploaded your collection. That reactivation restarted the periodic cycle of backup/removal, so any backups from before the deletion in April 2026 are gone now. There is nothing left in your account to restore.
Your account shows history of syncing with at least 2 devices – running desktop Anki and AnkiDroid. You should check those devices, if you still have the app installed – and for desktop Anki, even if you’ve uninstalled the app. There’s a chance you still have a collection on one of those and can restore from there.
