Hi unfortunately my decks disappeared from Anki Web after a period of inactivity and my laptop being wiped. The last inactivity warning email I received was on July 10th. Could someone please check whether any server-side backup was retained and restore it? Even if it is older than July 2026. I will really appreciate this if possible. The deck is associated with the same email I used signing into the forum.

The data was removed from this account in early-August 2026 [30 days after the email, just like it says], after the account had been inactive for at least 6 months. We delete the data from accounts in our system that aren’t being used for syncing or studying, so AnkiWeb isn’t suitable for long-term storage of your inactive collection – AnkiWeb account removal - Anki FAQs .
Unfortunately, server-side backups are not kept very long. It looks like you reactivated your account in late-August/early-September, but you never re-uploaded your collection. That reactivation restarted the periodic cycle of backup/removal, so any backups from before the deletion in August are gone now. There is nothing left in your account to restore.
