I’m an avid user of Anki and I’ve been using it for quite some time now. I’ve found it to be an incredibly useful tool for memorization and learning. However, there’s a feature that I believe could significantly enhance the Anki experience, especially for those of us who use digital pens.
Currently, Anki does not support the ability to directly draw or write on flashcards using a digital pen. While there is an add-on called “Touch Screen - draw and write on your cards”, it doesn’t allow for the drawings to be saved and they disappear once you move to the next card.
I believe it would be extremely beneficial to have an add-on that allows users to directly draw or write on the flashcards using a digital pen and save these drawings. This would be particularly useful for subjects that involve diagrams or equations, and it would provide a more interactive and engaging learning experience.
I understand that developing such an add-on might be a complex task, but I believe it would be a valuable addition to the Anki community. If any developers are interested in taking up this project, I would be more than happy to provide further details or clarification on this proposed feature.
