Is it possible to remove bullets,highliting, text graphics when importing notes from a word doc into anki? If I copy and paste something from my word document into anki, by using cmd + shft + c and the cmd + shft + v I can remove the highlighting and design but I cannot remove the bullet formatting. This makes it much more time consuming to rewrite the whole sentence for a card.
Try pasting to Notepad first, and then copy from there. That will strip out all the formatting that it can.
You may still find that the bullet point comes over though. If it is too hard to edit out, then copy it into Excel or LibreOffice Calc and then create a formula in another cell to take all the text without the bullet point.

@matta Thank you! That didnt seem to work but if I just highlighted the whole sentence from beginning to end (literally leaving out something a simple as a period) it seems to copy everything without formatting which is great.
