Removing card types after installing an Anki add-ons

I installed the ‘Markdown and KaTeX Support’ add-on to enable writing Markdown text in the cards:

Unfortunately, I didn’t find this add-on suitable since it requires using a different note type instead of the pre-installed Basic cards. Even after uninstalling the add-on, I still see these card types available.

Could you please guide me on how to remove all the card types that were installed with the add-on?

If you click Manage you’ll see a Delete button that deletes the selected note type.
