Llevo creando tarjetas desde la WEB durante un año, sin querer descargue un paquete de tarjetas y desde el ordenador le di a sincronizar pensando que me aparecerían las nuevas descargadas junto a las hechas desde la web. El resultado ha sido que se me han borrado las hechas desde la web.
Solicito ayuda para recuperar las hechas desde la web, son las que me interesan para trabajar. Las hice desde un Ipad, no soy cosciente de haber hecho copia de seguridad activamente, pero confío en poder recuperarlas con alguna copia de seguridad automatica.
He probado todos los pasos sugeridos en el manual de Anki (soporte de ayuda) pero no lo he conseguido. Solo quiero recuperar las tarjetas hechas desde la web, además no soy una persona que se aclare muy bien con el ordenador…
I want to confirm I understand what happened. – When you synced in your desktop Anki, did the program require you to do a “one-way” sync – and did you choose upload to AnkiWeb?
In the past, had you synced the collection you created on AnkiWeb with any Anki install on any device? How long ago did you do that?
AnkiWeb periodically creates server-side backups of your collection. The most recent one was made a few days ago – timestamp in your local time zone. You might have a more recent copy of that collection on one of your devices (which is why I asked #2 above), but if you don’t, I can restore that version of your collection on AnkiWeb. This will overwrite the collection that is currently there. Please confirm if you want me to restore that.
Once that is restored, to sync with Anki on any of your devices, you will need to choose download from AnkiWeb, and it will overwrite the collection on your device. If you have anything on your device that you want to preserve, you should save that first, so you can merge it with your collection after you sync – Syncing with AnkiWeb - Anki Manual . [And you will be able to import that new deck after you sync as well.
Good morning, regarding the first question: what you said is correct, that’s exactly what happened. When I synced a deck from my computer, all the cards I had been working on from the web were deleted.
Last year, I downloaded a deck of cards, but I had no issues because the cards I created on the web were made after that, so there were no problems with syncing or deleting.
If there is a backup from before Saturday, August 9th, I would kindly ask you to restore it, as the only cards that really matter to me are the ones I had up to that date.

I have restored the backup dated 5 August. Follow the directions above to preserve your local collection, and then choose download from AnkiWeb on your next sync.
