Hello, I’ve tried to sync my flashcards to my ankiweb account but can’t seem to find them, I’ve checked on anki and i can only see files under the Check media section. I’ve lost all my flashcards and feel like I’ve lost them for good since I don’t remember using a back up but i still thought to make a query in case they can be saved 
Do you have the preferences setting Synchronize audio and images too checked in?
Media can take some time to sync in the background. Anki gives you an indicator besides the Sync button that you can click to check syncing progress.
I don’t understand how you’ve lost your local files, unless a full sync was required and you clicked Download instead of Upload.

Are they shown as missing?

Yep I have those preferences checked and they’re shown as unused rather than missing. I believe I could have clicked download instead of upload
