3 days ago, I reinstall my os and install anki from flathub. then i waited the sync for a long time because i have many media files to downloaded
After sync, I make sure theres no spinnng circle on sync tab. so i quit my anki and review it later. next day i wanted to review my daily reviews but
my media files (images and sounds) are missing
so i tried to sync again but seems it says uploaded : 0, downloaded : 0. im scared now and check my ankiweb to review from there. but the media in anki web are also missing
check media and press tag missing (i think this is useless because check media is just scanning collection.media files. i already checked collection media a few times)
Then, being desperate, I was looking for a solution on the web, seeing on this page:
“If you are unable to recover your media from any of your devices, we may be able to restore it from AnkiWeb’s backups for you if it was deleted recently.”
Can you help me to recover all lost files?

I’m a bit confused at how your screenshots match up with what you’re describing – but you have over 400 MB of media in your AnkiWeb account, so it’s not all missing by any means.
If you only tried to sync a couple times, there’s a good chance your sync is still timing out before it finishes downloading all your media. If syncing again doesn’t change anything, try logging out in Preferences and then sync again. Run Check Media after each sync to see that the number of missing files is going down.

Yess! You’re Right! its not all missing but some of them.
