Yesterday by accident I lost all my media on the computer’s Anki and Ankidroid.
I was reading the post https://anki.tenderapp.com/kb/problems/soundimage-media-files-have-gone-missing
and I saw that if it is recent you can recover from the backup of Ankiweb.
Can this be done, please?
No deletions have been made in your AnkiWeb account in the last 30 days. If you deleted media, perhaps you had not yet synced it to AnkiWeb?
Ok, so it turns out dmsantos wanted help with a different AnkiWeb account. For any future users who need files recovered, please request help using a private ticket, and make sure to provide the email address associated with the account you’re having trouble with.
