“Record Own Voice” is a wonderful feature.
I think that would be useful if Anki can recognize the sentence(or word) of the recorded voice, and check if it’s the same with the sentence(or word) of the card, then we can know our pronunciation is good or not.
What do you think?
I’m afraid this is unlikely to happen. Voice recognition is very complicated to implement, and when a computer does/doesn’t understand you, it doesn’t mean the same applies to humans.
