Quizlet to anki not working

Hi,

I’ve been trying to get this to work for a few days now and its been to no avail. I usually only use my ipad to do anki but today i used my sisters macbook to use the quizlet to anki add on as the exam board i do has not been premade and i dont have time to write all the cards. There was a pack of flashcards on quizlet that i found which i was hoping to convert but everytime i get hit with the ‘error message’. Ive tried putting in the html but everytime i double click the ‘view page source’ never comes up. Ive tried closing and unclosing and downloading and redownloading the add on but it never works.

Is anyone able to help?

You don’t say which add-on you’re using, but there are several – https://ankiweb.net/shared/addons?search=quizlet .

If one isn’t working, try another. Look for ones that have been updated recently, have recent positive ratings, and match what you’re trying to do. Be sure you read any advice/documentation provided with the add-on.

There are several add-ons available for Quizlet and this is currently the most actively developed one:

The author provides support so if you encounter problems please read the FAQ and contact them via GitHub Issues.

I used the quizlet to anki with audio support 2.1 version but I will try and use the other versions and see if they work- thank you

That was the add on i used and its the one im facing problems with- Ill use the other ones and see if they work

For the audio support version, if an error pop-up appears please click the “Copy debug info” button and send it to the developer. Also the FAQ provides explanations for common errors, reading them may resolve the issue.
