Anki to quizlet add on not working

I am receiving the following message when using Quizlet to Anki 2.1 Importer with audio support 1362209126 on Anki Version ⁨24.11…“Anki encountered a problem. Please follow the troubleshooting steps. Add-ons possibly involved: Quizlet to Anki 21 Importer with
audio support”.

I tried the steps on the help page, including restarting Anki, checking “skip errors”, unchecking “download audio”, and entering the page HTML but none of it worked. Without pasting the HTMI the message appears right away with no cards uploaded. With pasting the HTMI about 10 cards will upload but then the message appears and the upload stops.

What are other troubleshooting methods or other quizlet add-ons I can use? I do not need audio support. Please help!

Quizlet to Anki is an add-on by an individual volunteer developer, so basically there is no support from official Anki or other developers. And there are no other add-ons for now. Please try reading the FAQ and if the problem persists, you will need to contact the author.
