Quizlet to Anki Importer not working

I keep getting an error code when importing a quizlet deck to Anki. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps but I am still having the issue: this is what I keep getting:

Add-ons possibly involved:
Quizlet to Anki 21 Importer with audio support

The add does not need an update, I have the latest Anki update as well. It stopped working beginning of dec and then I went on break and I am still having the same issue. I also always check the without audio box and the ignore errors box.

Have you looked at the add-on page? [Tools > Add-ons > View Add-on Page]

If this is the add-on I think it is, there’s troubleshooting advice, a link to a FAQ, and a link to contact the add-on dev – who is the best person to direct questions about an add-on to.
