Quizlet add-on is not working

I’m having issues with converting quizlet flashcard sets to anki decks using the latest quizlet to anki importer. ive followed all troubleshooting advice and even deleted the add on and re-installed. My anki is up to date. I can import some flashcards if I use my mobile data and restart anki, but this is rare and time-consuming. any help plz

I’ve read it and tried everything still no avail

Could you explain better what is happening? Screenshots or error logs are appreciated

Hi Namelessgo , so the issue is that whenever I paste the quizlet url and click import deck it says unknown error. It comes up with this tab which I will attach a screenshot of, it’s quite long not sure if I should paste it here. I’ve tried various methods, selecting no audio and skip errors, pasted the page html, restarted my macbook etc. It sometimes works if I restart anki and connect to my mobile data but this only works for one quizlet deck. It’s taking me 10 mins plus to import a single quizlet deck.

The solutions seems to be HTML mode, but you already tried it

If you constantly receive errors, try to enter Quizlet HTML manually, this approach you can try to use for private sets as well. Here you can watch how to do this How to get a Quizlet page HTML p.s you can also try to open that flashcards page in incognito mode and copy HTML from that page.

hi, ive tried the html again using incognito mode and it worked, i tried to paste the code but its too many characters sorry thanks for your help

I had been having issues too, and this is my favorite add on. I find decks in quizlet, but I like them more inside anki. Bruce Wayne’s solution worked. (Of course he would have the answer. Billionaire, genius, playboy… but my real question is whether or not Alfred typed that for him. :bat:

Yeah, that totally worked. At first, I thought you meant grab the html from the browser (b/c that’s how I know to do it), but the short little video made it through even my profound ADHD and worked like magic. Thank you!! ᵗᑋᵃᐢᵏ ᵞᵒᵘ*:ribbon::heart_hands:t2::love_letter::beating_heart:
