I haven’t been able to access AnkiPro for about 4–5 hours. I’ve tried both on my phone and my laptop. I logged out of my account and back in again. I also tried logging in with a different account. In short, I’ve tried many possible solutions but haven’t been able to resolve the issue. Every time, I keep seeing the following message:
“Quick maintenance
We’re performing updates on our server to keep things running smoothly. We expect to be back very soon. Thanks for your patience!”
However, according to my research online, there doesn’t appear to be any ongoing maintenance at the moment.
What should I do?

Sounds like the right time to consider using the original Anki. It’s free but with more features and you can study anytime without maintaince downtimes.
Editing this to mention we have an add-on that will help you import data from AnkiPro to Anki. I’ve mentioned this below but some people might miss it. Happy Anki-ing!
None of us are AnkiPro users probably. It’s a community of only Anki users.
I get that. If you’ll let me be really clear cut, this is why you don’t trust your data with big corporations. As they’re the ones in control, you can never be sure when you lose access to that data.
FYI, Anki has an add-on to import data from AnkiPro to Anki.
