Anki Desktop not working: The website is not available

Hi! My Anki desktop app no longer works. Anki Web works without any problems. I use the version 2.1.53. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Anki. However, the error message remains.
Whenever I open Anki I get the following error message:

“The website is not available
The web site at http://127.0.0.1:61081/_anki/legacyPageData?id=1588766517280 may be temporarily unavailable or has been permanently moved to a new web address.”

Do you have a Proxy set up?
