Problems creating the cards

I can’t create cards, I get the following error: ‘‘The first field is empty’’ I don’t know what to do, I’ve tried everything and this message continues. I’m a MacOs user.

Do you use any add-ons?

If not, have you tried filling the first input field in the editor?
