Problems After update, pictures not synchronized

Hello :slight_smile:
I have just installed the new anki update and now all of my pictures can‘t be depicted anymore (in all my cards). There is just a small symbol (instead of the pic).
Also the lining space has increased a lot and I can‘t figure out how to change it.
Can someone help? :((

thank you for your reply! Unfortunately I that doesn’t help and I can’t even find the images in my Anki media collection. Guess I have to copy and paste them to my cards again :frowning:

Theres two other things i can think of that could solve your problem

  1. Downgrade to the version you were on before, you can find old versions here
  2. Restore from a backup

Did you try Tools>Check Media?

Also the lining space has increased a lot

maybe notetype has changed,thus its card layout may change

@mariethereseresi, could you send whats in your front, back and style of the questions that have their images missing?

Vorderseite means front
and Rückseite means back
