Hi, I’m having a problem with importing Anki cards — the downloaded flashcards don’t display any images, even though they work fine for other people. I’ve tried both on my iPad and on a Windows computer, but it still doesn’t work. Only the icon shown in the picture below appears. I had been waiting a couple days now, I remove all unnecessary cards in order to make more space for the new ones, and it’s still not working.
What happens if you File>Switch Profile, create a new profile, and import the deck into that? Do the images appear correctly?
