So I just bought a new laptop- after syncing Anki, the deck I’ve been studying for a while will no longer load any of the images. The deck is Ortho528, which is pretty picture-heavy. I tried downloading the file directly, but it still won’t load any of the pictures.
The account you’re writing from appears to have been created yesterday and has no record of deletions, so syncing is unlikely to be involved. If you’ve imported a shared deck, it may not have contained the images.

I started using the flashcards a little over a month ago, but I’m using it on my laptop and downloaded the program without making an account. I made an account the day that I tried to transfer it, and I successfully sync-ed the Ortho deck to my new laptop without having to download it manually. After syncing is when I ran into the issue.
If you’re saying that media was working on an old device and is not working on a new device you synced to, you’ll need to make sure both devices are fully synced: Media files may take time to sync - Frequently Asked Questions
If you’re saying the device you synced from developed problems after syncing, I can’t think of any reason why that would happen I’m afraid.
You do appear to have media files in your AnkiWeb collection. What does Tools>Check Media report? What happens when you review some of the cards on AnkiWeb?
