Pdf questionnaire to anki

I have a PDF of an exam questionnaire for multiple choice questions (mcq). I want to convert this to an anki deck in a MCQ card template that I already have. In this template, there are different fields for each choice. I don’t want to use AI because it will distort the questions; I want to have the same questions and practice exam.

The format of the pdf is like this:

  1. Which of these organs are for seeing:
    A. Eye
    B. Nose
    C. Ear
    D. Skin

Do you have any suggestions on how I can convert this into a somewhat .csv or any file that can be imported to anki?

Ask AI to NOT change anything and export as csv separating Questions and Answers

There isn’t much we can do on Anki side, its all how you make AI prompts
