Can you please allow you to ask several multiple choice questions using a PDF?
Apart from that, before, by clicking twice, I could copy and paste the questions quickly and now it is delayed and I must hold down to be able to copy or paste something. The application goes from bad to worse every day, the worst of all is that I paid $25 for it.
It’s not entirely clear to me what you want to achieve. Perhaps you can illustrate this with examples (original material, desired result). For creating your own Anki decks, especially if they become more complicated, the use of the desktop client is recommended.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can ask Apple for a refund.
I want to create multiple questions from a Word or PDF file, so I don’t waste time making question by question. It would be great if Anki allowed that to be done.
Do you mean by importing? Yes, you can do that on AnkiMobile or Anki desktop, with a properly formatted text/CSV file. But you won’t be able to import from a word or PDF file.

Anki does not come with an option for multiple choices, but you can download an addon that does this or download a type of note to place, example below
