On leaderboard, I have 66.6% days learnt while having learnt everyday and it's past the time the day starts

It is demotivating, please help, I want to keep being motivated in the league

The next day is setup to start at 4AM, yet it is 4PM. I don’t understand

If you’re having a problem with a specific add-on, contacting the developer – by the channels they request on the add-on page – is your best bet for getting a solution.

Hi thanks for reporting the problem.

[1] Users need to review at least 5 minutes a day for their data to be reflected in the leaderboard leagues, so short time will be counted as an absence.

If so and if you want to fix it, these calculations are based on data in decks so you can fix them by changing the date on the PC and reviewing the cards. (Same way to fix Streaks)

  1. Turn off Wifi on your laptop.
  2. Manually change the date to the day you lost the streak.
  3. Open Anki and press “x” to close the popup that tells you the time is wrong (if you press OK, Anki will close.)
  4. Review a few cards. (Unimportant cards)
  5. Repeat until the total time is 5 minutes.

[2] The next day start time in Anki is different from the next day start time in the leaderboard. Please make sure that the next day time on the leaderboard is correct in Setting.

[3] If these are all unrelated, perhaps there is something another problem. If so, you will need to send me your deck so that I can look into the cause.

As Danika_Dakika says Add-on is not related to official Anki’s Anki so basically there is no official or community support. Here is the support thread for the leaderboard at AnkiForums.

You are right, I forgot - I will make sure to check I will have studied for 5 minutes.
Perhaps a reminder in red text on the anki homepage would help?

I don’t know where to submit feature requests, I find it weird to post it as a comment in the add-on’s page, so while you’re here -
Would you also consider just showing in the Anki homepage the percentile in the league or at least the grade you have? Thank you!

The League leaderboard can be displayed on Anki Homepage by Settings.

  1. Leaderboard Settings → Settings tab → Home Screen → Show the home screen leaderboard[ON]
  2. Leaderboard Settings → Settings tab → General → Default Leaderboard[League]
  3. Leaderboard Settings → Settings tab → General → Automatically scroll to user[ON]

Reminder is a good idea, I’ll look into it later.

It doesn’t matter where you send requests from, as long as you can contact me those are almost all the same. If you rate it highly in the comments on the add-on page, it will get a little higher priority in my development. A list of contacts for me can be found here.
