🐞 On Anki 2.1.50+, In note editor, you can't add a tag after typing its full name and selecting it using Tab

Steps to reproduce:

  • Have some tags. I have a tag foo;
  • Open note editor, e.g. the Add dialog;
  • Focus the tag input field, e.g. by pressing Ctrl-Shift-T;
  • Type the full tag name, e.g. foo. You should see a prompt featuring foo among other things, with no entries selected;
  • Press Tab. Tag foo is selected in the prompt above. However, notice that the cursor moves to the beginning of the line for some reason.
  • Press Enter. Notice how the tag does not get added.

P.S. It would be nice if tag names were vertically aligned inside tag buttons. Also it would be nice if the tag icon would be vertically aligned with the buttons.

FWIW, if you press enter after typing the full name (without pressing tab), it does work.
