Official Anki Remote 2.0 "Gamepads" Setting Not Working

I am trying to change my gamepad settings so that my Y is Again, B is Hard, A is Good/Spacebar, X is undo, Start is Decks, Select is Sync.

I have the settings properly done on my app and it still never works and uses its original default settings (good/spacebar x, a is hard, y is easy, b is again). I’ve spent like 3 hours trying to figure it out.

I’ve changed the settings on my Macbook Anki and it works well but on my phone it just doesn’t cooperate.

There’s nothing “official” about that remote. They’re just using the Anki name to trick you into thinking that it’s the one you should buy.

Requirements for a remote to work with AnkiMobile: Preferences - AnkiMobile Manual .

For service with that particular remote, you’ll have to contact that company.
