I’ve been using the 8bitdo remote for anki for a couple months now, and it just recently stopped working for the again, good, hard, easy buttons (1,2,3,4). I’ve tried remapping the keys and it still doesn’t work.
Is your question regarding the computer version? If so, best to contact the author of the add-on you’re using.
Could you test your controller outside Anki use? When researching about these controllers from my end, I heard they break easily from the hardware side.
