Hello, I would be very happy if you could help me as a beginner in Anki.

Initial situation:
Front side: Language x,
Back: Language y

Not always, but sometimes I would like to add another page to a record, for example to explain grammar rules, irregular verbs etc.

Of course, the user should not have to look at the third page automatically every time, even if it is there.
The additional page should only be called up when the user clicks on a corresponding entry on the page.

I would be grateful for any advice on this.

Even better - don’t know if this is possible in this forum - preferably with an example attached - two records would be enough for me as an example.

You can add a new field and only show it when a button/link is clicked. See Adding/Editing - Anki Manual for adding fields.
Then you have to add a reference to the field in your template, like {{hint:MyField}}. See Field Replacements - Anki Manual
