When I add cards to Anki, I don’t have any sound issues because it’s recorded with the Google tool: it’s recorded like this: [sound:大官_google_zh-CN.mp3]
While I entered modules recorded with Baidu [sound:大官_baidu_zh.mp3], I get no sound!!!
How should I configure Anki to hear the sound?

Do you get any errors or it just doesn’t play after tapping the play button? Are you able to play that sound file on a different app?
Can you also tell us how you’re adding the files (I also don’t know what those Google and Baidu tools are and what exactly they’re doing here)?

usually when i tape a chinese character the sound is adding automatic the files directly Google and i have no problem but i added a link that use "baidu "and there are no sound with Baidu tools
(by the way, you can use a different language if you like and we can translate it ^^ )
Are you using an add-on in desktop? I’m not sure there are any built-in tools for what you’re trying to describe.

I therefore recommend temporarily disabling all the add-ons you’re using, then testing the sound playback on the modules again. I created these cards in 2021, and so far, I’ve never heard from students with this same audio issue. So it’s almost certainly due to an issue with your Anki configuration.”
I don’t know how to temporarily disable all the add-ons, and is this the solution? How can I then reinstate them?
If you’re using AnkiDroid on Android – you don’t have any add-ons.
Are you having this issue on all of your devices, or just Android?
I use Ankiweb
I have this problem just Android
And just with the sound “baidu”
No problem with the sound “google”
