I can’t seem to figure out why, but for the last three days, I’m not getting new cards. I’m not even getting new cards on a deck that I’ve never even started yet. The problems started when I downloaded Anki Mobile. My daily limit is set to 10 new cards per day and my maximum reviews is set to 9999. And I have the New Cards ignore review limit turned on. Even when I try to do a custom learning, and increase todays card limit by another 5 cards, nothing happens. You have to link to an external photo storage site to attach a screen shot, and like wtf I’m not paying for that lol.
The most common reasons to not get New cards are –
- You don’t have any New cards that are available (not suspended, not buried) to study.
- You have limits on decks/subdecks that are interacting.
If you’ve checked both of those things, and you have your collection synced to AnkiWeb – let me know which deck it is and I’ll take a look.
Wait I’m so stupid! It’s not showing me new cards, because the deck has already shown me the cards before. I’m just in review mode now. And the deck the deck that didn’t have new ones at all even though I hadn’t started - I clicked browse and apparently the deck is empty, so I’ll have to download it again maybe
