Since I opened the Anki application on my Mac, iPhone, and Anki Web this morning, it is showing 0 new cards for all of my decks. It is only showing my review cards, no new cards. There are lots of new cards that are NOT suspended and I have the settings set to 250 new cards per day.
The v3 scheduler will limit new cards when you have a backlog of review cards waiting, so that the backlog doesn’t grow larger. While not recommended, you can disable this behavior using the “new cards ignore review limit” option in the study options.
