No Cloze 2 Found on Card

Hi!

My friend exported his anki deck and emailed it to me. When I try to open them in my anki not all the cards are showing up and it is saying “No Cloze 2 found on card please either add a cloze or use empty cards tool”

I have tried the empty cards tool but it still is not working.

I have tried on my computer, phone, and on the web!

Please help, this is so frustrating!!

How are you reaching that conclusion? Have you checked in the browse or stats screens and compared the values your friend has? Maybe some of their cards were in a different deck to the one they exported.
