When on the congratulations screen, if new cards become due over time, the reviews start automatically
I would expect this page to behave (and look) the same as the normal deck page, which doesn’t have this issue.
The congratulations screen automatically resumes study if cards have become due, to make it easier to keep reviewing when learning cards become due after a few minutes.
Ahh a feature not a bug 
I do think it’s confusing that it looks nearly the same as the deck screen, and that reviews just start back up automatically, but good to know.
