New Install - Only Partial Sync

Hello All,

Longtime Anki user. I have roughly 1200 flashcards. Recently I had to do a complete wipe/restart of my MacBook. I’m starting everything over. I reinstalled Anki Desktop with no problems but when I Sync Anki, only around 20% of the cards came over. Is there a way to force a complete sync?

What makes you think only 20% have been transferred? You can use the stats screen with ‘collection’ to see a total card count.
