New Cloze Overlapping Note type

Thanks to some bright folks on the team (@abdo) we now have the AnKingOverlapping note type (no add-on required for it to work so it will work on Anki versions moving forward!).

Download the note type using the AnKing Note Types add-on.

This is similar to the Cloze Overlapper add-on and uses the ideas from this github
