New Cards won't display (recently got an add on)

Hi,

I added the heatmap addon to my ANKI, and then my desktop and mobile version stopped showing me that I had new cards to study (was currently set at 5 new each day).

I’ve deleted all add ons, but new cards are still not showing (and I haven’t studied them)

All parent and child decks have a setting of 5 new cards/day.

Any thoughts?

Hi.
I noticed that your standard deck has 1 new card.
Could you upload screenshots from the options for:

• your “Arabian Decks”
• one of its child?

Maybe we can notice something that escaped you.

have you tried custom study-> increase the dailt new card limit by N cards?
