Need help: number of new cards doesn't match when I click on the deck

I have set my New Cards/ Day to 250 and maximum reviews/day to 5000. I clicked the down arrow by the save button and selected “save to all subdecks.” Now the home screen shows 250 new cards per deck. However, when I click into the deck to start studying the number of new cards doesn’t match - and it’s significantly smaller (shown below). Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Thank you for any help!
