When I go on my anki on my laptop, many cards are coming up as deleted, even though on my phone they are there. I’ve tried to sync my phone, then sync my laptop but nothing changes.

Are the cards actually deleted or they just don’t show up as due for review? If it’s the latter, maybe this thread is related: Inconsistent card counts when syncing

If everything’s working correctly on your phone, I recommend you force a one way sync in the preferences screen, then ‘upload’, and then sync your desktop and choose ‘download’. Your AnkiMobile version appears to be somewhat out of date as well, so once you’ve done that, I’d recommend you update to the latest version on the app store.
