Missing Cards from brand new download of premade deck

Hello,

I have a premade deck that when I download seems to be missing about 4,000 out of 30,000 cards. I have deleted the deck and redownloaded it but that has not worked. When the file imports, it does not say any cards were skipped. Why am I missing cards?

If it doesn’t say any cards were skipped, that implies that the shared deck does not contain as many cards as you think it does.
