Missing images and sounds after syncing of my hp laptop and my iPhone and the missing files are on both items so please help find he missing files
If you’re using the AnkiWeb account that matches the email address you used to post here, it looks like it’s been quite a while since you synced your devices. Are you sure you have syncing set up correctly on both devices? Cloud Sync - AnkiMobile Manual
If you’re syncing new devices for the first time, or syncing a lot of new data at once, have you allowed enough time for your collection to sync from between your devices and AnkiWeb? You have almost 1 GB of media in your account, so it might take several tries to all sync. Media files may take time to sync - Anki FAQs
If you want to speed up the syncing process, you can run Check Media on your laptop install and get rid of your unused media there. Then, sync those changes to AnkiWeb. That will save you and the servers the time and effort of syncing unnecessary media – Media - Anki Manual . After each sync, you can run Check Media on each device to make sure they are getting closer together.
