Hey! I’ve been trying to figure how to get drawing from my iPad to my computer and mobile but they load as black boxes. When looking at media sync it says there’s a bunch of files missing on my computer and phone. Checking media log I got the error message below after it says it was starting.
Error details: HTTP status client error (423 Locked) for url ()
I’ve double checked that my synch sounds and images and show media sunch progress are turned on on everything, as well as tried logging out and back in on all devices. I’ve even done a full synch on my iPad.
Does anyone else have this problem? I’ve been trying to find solutions for a few hours now. Is there anything I can do?
