I recently changed the maximum interval for the cards I now review to 1.5 months. However, cards I had reviewed prior to this change are all due in 9+ months. Is there a way to fix this?

For every card? Is there a way to cap all cards to 1.5 months?
You can search for all cards with an interval of 1.5+ months and set their due date to today.

How do you do that?
Browser > Search for deck:your_deck prop:ivl>=45 > Edit > Select all > Cards > Set due date > 45
