I mostly have the two new stats in mind: Daily load and Estimated total knowledge
They aren’t obvious, and I thought “If I’m going to write about them in the manual, why not link to the manual from Anki itself?”.
Dae, what do you think about making some stats hyperlinks that lead to the relevant manual entry?

I think there were supposed to be deck option like info pages for some of the new stats.
IMO in the development it’s reasonable to bury all reports from users for a while, because problems often resolve themselves spontaneously for some mysterious reason. e.g. you come up with a new better idea one month later so we don’t need the old idea anymore, in this case if work is done quickly the task increases to 2 because it needs to be modified, but if postponed the task becomes 1.
Like the definitions we have in the deck options? Sounds reasonable to me.
A little later I’ll make a PR in the manual repo to add info about new stats, and hopefully the next release candidate will have hyperlinks.
