Tried to sync from mobile to web and lost my deck

It’ll help if you give people more context. An example is shown here. Some clarifying questions:

  1. Did you try to get the deck back from local backups?
  2. Is the deck in mobile or AnkiWeb?
  3. Are there other devices that use this account and might have this deck?
