Hi, my laptop got damaged and I have lost my data. I had the anki app on my laptop but not on the web. It was the free version of the app, not the paid version. Is there anyway I can recover my data?
If you never synced your collection with the web, your data never left your computer. So unless you made any other kind of backup, that was the only place where it existed.
To be clear, Anki doesn’t have any paid desktop apps. So if you used something that happened to have “Anki” in the name but is not listed among the official apps, this forum has no relation to it.
