Lost cards, but they are shown in the cards overview?

Hello,
today I used Anki on my App on the Ipad and 2 minutes before I had all of my Ankis in two diffrent decks.
Now they are gone, but I didnt delete them and I dont know what to do.
I use Anki on my Windows Laptop and on my Ipad (App). Can you please help me so that the cards (about 1000…) arent lost forever?

A few days before I gave the decks a new name (the old name was 07 KFO::01 Seminar:: … (there were many lower decks) and I changed it to 17 KFO::01 Seminar:: … (so I changed the first deck from 07 to 17)).

Now on the first page I just see 07 KFO (without lower decks) and if I scroll to where I should find 17 KFO there is no deck with 17 KFO. If I look in the stacking overview I can find all (i hope so…) of my cards and the deck should be 17 KFO:: …)

What should I do?

The last saved backup on my laptop is from 11.10.2024. But I think its possible that I lose some new written cards if I activate this backup. (But for me its more important that I have my old “KFO” cards back, because its about 1000 cards)

If you still see the cards/notes in the Browse window, they are still there and you haven’t lost anything.

To get things showing up correctly on the Decks page – try running Tools > Check Database.

After you do that, it’s probably a good idea to make sure all of your devices are in sync.
