i brought a new iPhone yesterday and just finished transferring all my data and I paid 24.99£ for the Anki pro hoping everything is synced but it seems when I reopened the app on my new phone there is nothing on there. Please tell me there’s a way of getting all the previous flash cards

If you purchased AnkiMobile (our iOS app), and set up syncing to AnkiWeb for your collection on your old device – Cloud Sync - AnkiMobile Manual – then you just need to set up syncing on your new device with that same AnkiWeb account. I see that you have an AnkiWeb account linked to the address you used to post here, but it was just created today, and it’s empty.

You don’t have to create an account – but if you didn’t create an account, you weren’t syncing your collection anywhere, and it only exists on your old phone. See the link.
