recently my iPhone was restored and unfortunately, I lost all data on my cellphone. I reinstalled Anki but I couldn’t restore my decks. please help me.

I had my decks only on my cellphone
If there is no local or cloud backup of your entire phone, your Anki database can’t be recovered. 
have you checked if an iCloud backup is available?
