Two days a go I had a problem to open my anki on my iphone so I re install it and I found that all the exiting decks have been deleted. I try to sync to my anki web, when I log in to my account i found that my anki web is empty as well. I was using the anki on my phone and it seems it didn’t sync for a while. it is really vital for. Can any one help me for this. I don’t have any back up on my phone and iCloud. How I can restore my decks on my ankiweb account. or is there anyway that I can restore it in my iphone after reinstalling.

I’m afraid it doesn’t appear you had been syncing with AnkiWeb recently, and there is no data stored in it. Removing the app will have deleted all the data it stored, so unfortunately you will not be able to recover the data unless you still have it stored on one of your other devices.
