My computer I was using anki with at the time broke, so I’ve been trying to get my account on a different desktop. When I try logging into my profile (confirmed my username/password, updated anki etc) this error appears:
If the error image isn’t showing up, it says: “syncing failed: error establishing a secure connection. This is usually caused by antivirus, firewall or VPN software, or problems with your ISP.”
My computer is fully updated, and I confirmed with IT that there shouldn’t be anything preventing anki from working. I’ve restarted the app and computer multiple times. Any advice? I really don’t want to lose those cards and I want to be able to use the mobile app I paid for. Thanks!
