I recently updated Anki and it has started to not show the cards that I am currently learning. For example, if I am in a deck and click again or hard on a learning card, it will disappear from the total number that I have to learn. Eventually, after the allotted time, it will reappear. This is new and it has not done this before. Any suggestions.
It disappears from those counters because it is not ready to be studied again yet. It sounds like you (or an add-on you recently enabled?) reduced your Learn Ahead limit.
You can find that in Preferences > Review. The default is 20m, but anything that’s longer than your learning step(s) will work.
